This player development session targets the skills that make a difference during live flag football competition. Training may include route running, releases, catching, flag pulling, coverage technique, footwork, and position-specific movement. Each activity is selected to help the player understand not only how to perform a skill, but when to use it.

I provide direct coaching and practical feedback throughout the session. Players work through purposeful repetitions, decision-making exercises, and competitive situations that encourage communication and composure. The experience is challenging, supportive, and connected to the demands of advancing in the sport.
